Rick commenced his real estate career on the Gold Coast in 1981 and gained immediate success in site amalgamation leading to the establishment of his development and real estate group.
Rick has been involved in many of the major development projects over his many years on the Gold Coast.
This included the development and sale of the Holiday Inn Gold Coast to the Japanese Matsushita group for $128 million, the development and project marketing of the Surfers Plaza resort and the development and sale of Iririki Island resort in Vanuatu.
Heading up his own company group at the time Rick was retained by Kumagai Gumi the Japanese conglomerate to extract the company from many of its non-performing Australian assets.
More recently he has successfully transacted off market real estate deals involving the Sunland Group, Mulpha Sanctuary Cove, Halcyon Group, AV Jennings, the Ingles Group and the Von Bibra Motors Group. This has resulted in career of over
$250 million in real estate sales and over $85 million dollars of completed business over the last 2 years.
Working closely with his networking base and ability to negotiate business at all levels Rick aims to assist in bringing the Commercial business of LJ Hooker Surfers Paradise to the forefront of the industry on the Gold Coast.
Rick offers clients over 30 years of experience on all levels of corporate and commercial real estate deal making.
Rick has the added advantage that he has worked successfully as both a client and advisor finding property solutions through sales negotiation and joint ventures on both a private and senior corporate level.
